SUCCESSFUL FINAL DEMONSTRATION OF OUR SIRCAUR ROBOT PROJECT.
We are pleased to announce the successful demonstration of our SIRCAUR robot project.

This Innovate UK funded collaborative project aimed to develop an umbilical free robot (SIRCAUR), It is ROS enabled, uses ultra-wideband Pozyx positioning system for localisation, with a precision non-contact GPR sensor for detection of rebar and concrete corrosion and related defects.

On 28th November 2018, SIRCAUR was presented at Agility NDE’s, Technology Open Day event in Aberdeen; bringing together a first-class line up of NDT equipment manufacturers and suppliers from across the UK.
SIRCAUR PROMOTION AT ASNT 2018, IN HOUSTON, TEXAS
Promotional material for the ground-breaking SIRCAUR project were distributed in Houston, Texas at the 2018 ASNT (The American Society for Non-destructive Testing) Annual Conference.

Running for over an astounding 75 years now, the ASNT Annual Conference is described as the single largest event for the likes of researchers, technicians and industry professionals involved in non-destructive testing and materials testing.
SIRCAUR PROMOTION AT 2018 SPRINT ROBOTICS ROAD SHOW ACROSS NORTHERN EUROPE
Over the course of two weeks in September, the SIRCAUR project was presented to several key stakeholders in an exciting promotional roadshow across Northern Europe, organised by Sprint Robotics.

The roadshow targeted some of the largest operational facilities, refineries, chemical processing plants and corporate offices in Europe; presenting a great opportunity to meet potential end-users of the game changing SIRCAUR solution. It also provided a platform to discuss ways towards increased safety and asset integrity globally with large infrastructure asset owners and industry players.
